Main feature:
1. Best choice for printing of LDPE, HDPE film, LLDPE film, BOPP film, OPP film,
PET film, PA film, CPP film, PP film, laminated film, paper etc.
2. The Maximum printing speed is 80-100 m/minute
3. Main driving system:
1)One AC inverter motor to act as main driving system(Inverter is Panasonic made
in Japan)
2)Two torque motors for pulling of unwinder and pulling of rewinder
3)AC electromagnetic varispeed motor and two torques motor to work synchronously.
4. Printing cylinder installing Device: shaftless type and by use of pneumatic cylinders
to finish the installation
5. Ink Doctor Blade: The ink doctor blade can be adjusted in transverse direction
and longitudinal direction by use of pneumatic cylinders. Adopting a cam, the doctor
blade can move in horizontal direction automatically. In this way, it can
scrap the ink evenly.
6. Printing Pressure adjusted by use of pneumatic cylinders
7. Color Register: computer to register the colors automatically.
8. Drying device:
1)Hot and normal air to cool the ink alternantly
2)Far-infrared heater
3)Blower to supply fresh air for the heating oven and sucker to get the waste gas
out
9. Tension Conrol: Rewinder by two torquse motor to control the tension and Unwinder
installed with automatic tension system.
10.Impossible to print on both sides of film or paper in one time.
11.Ink to be mixed by use of pump
12.Machine frame is made from cast iron so that it will not vibrate even in high
speed printing.
