1EquipmentIntroduction

BHR4/4-6200 four-side hydraulic rotaryedge glue compressoradopts the hydraulic system for propelling force, that is with the high pressure hydraulic oil cylinder to realize every kinds of functions of solid wood and panel jointing processing equipment For using four-side rotary structure, when operating ,the equipment only needs one working position, fourfaces operatedinsequence. With big press area and high efficient in processing solid wood, savingworking space, so itis the best choice.Moreover due to unstable pressure phenomenon occurs in processing integrated wood, we apply auto raise pressure system to make a stable pressure when working and to achieve perfect impression.

2.1Frame body: Using the high quality steel with compact structure and high intensity

Table working surface 100mm from the width of the datum number of articles constitute a (traditional datum width of only 10mm), wood board due to increased contact area, making the wood board lamination process without warping wave phenomenon, after the formation of lamination.

2.2.3Side press(picture2): a modular structure, each side with5pressedclampingdevices, eachclampingdevice is equipped withthreeφ40 cylinders,threeφ40 cylinders, twoφ40 cylinders,, threeφ40 cylinders and threeφ40 cylinders,with double plateshock structure to increase the force density wood board.

2.2.4Side lift:using hydraulic lifting, each side has 1 lifting points, the speed of lefting is fast and steady.

2.2.5Cylinder seal ring is made in Germany. Cylinder doesn’t leak under 22Mpa test pressure in 20 minutes

2.2.6The equipment has set Auto raise pressure system(picture 4)In case work piece deformed under pressure,which can keep the pressure in the initial hypothesis value and maintain stability.

2.2.7When the Max. system pressure is (16Mpa),work piece pressure area (length6200mmXthickness100mm), the compression is18.2Kg/cm²

2.3Motor

2.3.1Main motor the power is 5.5kw.

2.3.2Rotary motor power is1.5kw.

2.4 Oil pump the displacement is25L/min.

2.5Tablespeed: 0.5r/min.

2.6The equipment can add anti- glue system, which can prevent the surface of work table gumming glue and can reduce the work strength. Also can prevent abrasion and morph that caused by work table gummed.

2.7Safety system

2.7.1The system has the safe-support, when table revolving to position, the safe-supported fixes the safe spindle to avoid table reverse rotating anddangerous.

2.7.2With brake system, when table revolving to position, controls hydraulic oil cylinder drawing brake belt, fixes brake wheel tightly,to make the table immediately cease.

2.7.3With emergency stop device, whenthere is something wrong withthe system, pressing stop button the system automatically cease all action. (Picture 7)

2.8Locking system: In order to prevent frame loosen when table revolving, equipment must fasten lateral frame before pressure, therefore with manual locking system.

2.9Control system: Due to adopt electric and manual control, equipment is easy to operate and have high reliability. Electrical system power is 380V50HZ,control circuit is DC24v to guarantee the electric circuit security.The entire systems are assembled by the domestic well-known factories, which passing through the strict Multi-channel system test and comply with national safety standards.

2.10Package:Plastic membrane packing. For special requirements can be further consultations.
