Technology process

1.Heat the EVA film

2.Cover the heated EVA film on the mould(can be made from wood or aluminum)

Spray a coating in a certain baume degree

3.Put on the empty blask

4.sand-up the flask and vibrate to compaction

cover film on the full flask

5.lift flask

6.mould assembling

vacuate the whole mould

7.Pouring

8.loose sand flask
