Principle and Structure Description

1. Theory: Heating and pump air from vacuum bag, making the glass and EVA film heat together, to form a safety laminated glass.

2. The machine is made up by six parts: Furnace body, electric control systems, vacuum pump, heat circulation, cooling system and glass transfer arm (optional). Furnace body is made by galvanized angel steel with seamless welding technology. 10cm thick insulation layer to keep temperature equal inside the furnace. The heating device is advanced , and the upper and lower surface were heated evenly on each floor vacuum bag.
