1. Introduction of Cube Ice:

2.2 Features of Cube Ice Machine:

1. High Production Capability. The production of our cube ice machine can reach 90% to 95% in summer. When the environment temperature is below 23°C, the production of our cube ice machine can reach 100% to 130%.

2. Greatly save energy, only 80-85kW.H power is consumed to produce one ton ice. Our large cube ice machine will save you a large amount of cost in power.

3. The whole process is automatic and it can reduce your cost in manpower.

4. Ice dropping and outgoing automatically, reducing the possibility of contact by human, which can guarantee the ice clean and sanitary.

5. Save space. The design of our whole cube ice machine is optimized and compact. For a whole machine of CV2000 including cooling tower, the land area is less than 5 square meter.

2.3 Installation and Operation of Cube Ice Machine:

Installation:

We offer a whole set of machine. Customers just need to assemble cooling tower(all needed accessories are provided) and connect it to ice making machine, then supply normal water to cooling tower, supply ice making water and power to ice making machine.

Operation:

After the installation, you just need to press the buttons on the PLC program controller in turn to start the machine.
