Production process: Pay-off --> Alkali washing(Degreasing) --> Washing --> Annealing --> Pickling
-->Hot water cleaning --> Electro-galvanizing -->Washing -->Drying -->Take-up
For theannealing furnace, you can choosefire directly fired annealing furnace; Ornon-oxidation annealing furnace,for this type there is not necessary for pickling, reducing the wire oxidation wastage and acid consumption, inproving the working environment.
For the pickling bath, you can choosefumeless picking bath.
