Economical and Practical Sawdust Briquette Machine

I. Sawdust Briquette Machine will be suitable for widely raw material:

• Any type of Agro-Forestry waste can be used. But the moisture content should be about 8%-12%, grain size is below 5*5mm.
• Such as saw dust, wood chips, wood logs, tree branch, wheat straw, peanut-shell, rice husk, sugar cane bagasse, coffee husk, paddy straw,sunflower seed husk, sunflower stalk, reeds, cotton plant stem, tobacco waste, mustard stalk, jute waste, bamboo dust, tea waste, palm husk, soybeans husk and many other agro and forest wastes.
• Those raw materials will be briquetted by biomass briquette machine.

II. Production process of sawdust birquette machine

1. Crushing the raw materials into size no bigger than 5mm. (wood, wood branch, coconut shell, peanut shell, rice husk, sunflower husk).

2. Dry the crushed materials to 8-12%.

3. Pressing raw material into briquette.

• The self bonding of biomass to form a briquette involves the therm~plastic flow of the biomass. The lignin content that occurs naturally in biomass is liberated under high pressure and temperature. Lignin serves as the glue in the briquetting process, thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into high density briquettes.
• During this process, no binder needs to be used. So the output briquette is a type of clean and green fuel that is ideal for use in furnaces, boilers and open fires. The density of the briquettes is 900-1400kg/m.

4. Make sawdust briquette carbonized in the carbonized oven.

5. The shape of briquette can be round, quadrangular, hexagonal, etc.
