Usage 0f DS2000:
It can take sawdust,wood saving,rice hull,crop straw and raw materials and make them into briquette.
Adaptable for Materials: It is adaptable for molding of many kinds of biomass feedstock.
The straw with the RWC is 5-30%, from the powdery to the length of 55 mm, can be made into model.
Details of DS2000:
1.The Dingsheng Straw Briquette Machine( also called DS2000), with the capacity of 15002000kg/h, can only use the power of 22kw .
2. Function of Electrical Heating: The automatic heating apparatus, adjusting the humidity of materials, can solve the difficulties of no clogging and no molding.
3. Self regulation Regulation of Platen Roller: The machine regulates automatically the pressure angle by the principle of bi-directional rotation to avoid huddling together and boring machine of materials, which can ensure the stability of the materials forming.
4. Simple Operation and Convenient Use: It only needs three people to operate the machine, because it is high automatic. Besides, materials can be loaded by people or by the conveyor.
5.Finished product features:It is been converted into solid shape , or the brick shape, small volume, convenient of resistant to burn, storage and transportation, volume is only 1/30 of the straw stalk, its density is 0.9-1.4g/cm3 can reach calorific value, 3500-5500 calories, is high volatile between a solid fuel.
