Four Bin Feeder fitted with variable speed motors and Gear Box.
Single Deck Vibratory Screen for removal of oversize material.
Slinger Conveyor for feeding cold aggregates into the dryer drum.
Cera-wool insulated and aluminium sheet cladded dryer drum fitted with burner.
Multi-cyclone exhaust system(Primary Dust Collector)
Wet Type pollution Control System(Secondary Dust Collector)
Hot conveyor fitted with gob hopper for discharging hot mix material onto tipper truck.
Mineral Filler fitted with rotary and blower
Two (02) nos.Glass Wool insulated bitumen (asphalt) tank fitted with burner and bitumen pump station.
Hot oil circulation system with jacketed pipelines to prevent clogging of bitumen.
Fuel Storage tank
Fully insulated control cabin fitted with air conditioner and micro processor based electronic control panel having feather touch controls, totaliser and printer.
