DPB-140 small capsule packaging machine

I. Applications:

This is new product designed for do sage room of hospital, medium-size and small-size pharmaceutical plant, health care product plant. It has small size of body, ease of operation, full purpose, stroke can be adjustable, long durability etc. much performance. It also passed the provincial science and technology appraisal, obtained the second prize of science and technology progress by rear-service of RLA. It widely used in aluminum plastic pack for medicine, foodstuff, electron component etc.

II. Characteristic:

1. Travel scope can be adjusted.
2. Mould is located by locating groove, so that it`s easy to change mould. Adopt cool-forming moulds.
3. Speed is shifted by step-less transducer. Adopt the interface of human-machine and PLC programmable controller.
4. Waster-eliminating equipment.
5. The heating moulds will automatically separate when the machine stops, which contributes to protect the material between them and extend the machine`s life.
6. Adopt the equipment of trace pressing, batch number printing and scarp-collecting.
7. Stepping motor drive wheel to grip and tow wrapper, Synchronize accurately
