General Description:

DFL series is widely used in machinery, oilfield, and chemical industry, mine, electric power, transportation, manufacturing enterprises etc. It can purify many kinds of oil effectively and thoroughly, such as deteriorated hydraulic oil, hydraulic transmission oil, gear oil, gasoline engine oil, diesel engine oil, to quickly remove the mechanic impurities and improve the quality of oil, and ensure the normal operation of hydraulic, motive and lubricating system of the equipment.

Characteristics:

DFL series multi-stage back-washing oil purifier is newly developed and produced by Wanmei Company. The machine can work continually online with multi-stage filtration, back-washing and waste drainage. It can meet the special requirement of large quantity of oil treatment and is suitable for many kinds of lubricating oil, engine oil, diesel oil etc. DFL series is a kind of ideal equipment for online purification of all kinds of oil in factories and mines.
1. The sintered filter element with high precision can completely filter the fine solid particulates from the oil, and withstand corrosion and high temperature, with good mechanic strength and service life. The element can be cleaned through back-washing technique conveniently.
2. Aluminum electrical control cabinet is better for heat transfer and anti-explosion (anti-explosion series).
3. The qualified filtration component and joint sealed material can resist corrosion, high temperature and is with nice mechanic strength, which can widen the scope of the oil that is to be purified.
4. The machine is installed with a few exits for waste drainage, which can switch working unit freely. It can wash the filter element on the contrary by stage without stopping the machine.

Maintenance

A. check and adjust after oil purifier works for a period of time
1. all the electric control apparatus
2. temperature controller
3. oil seals and motor couplings
4. clean filter elements, check pumps and motors
5. all the pipes for leaking
B. Clean the motor and change the lubricating grease
C. Check and add specified lubricating oil to vacuum pump,
D. If oil purifier is not in use for one month or more, put it on a dry, flat ground, close all valves and electric cabinet, cove the whole machine with canvas.
