-------Brief Introduction
High Efficiency Dewatering Screen for Coalmoves on a linear trajectory. The ZSM series dewatering screen include sixteen kinds of specification and the DSM series dewatering screen include four kinds of specification. They are widely used in coal and ore selection, sugar and salt manufacturing departments. Classifying dry and wet, dewatering, desliming on slender materials.
------Working Principle
Two separated vibrators are driven synchronously in reverse direction and rotated by adhesive tape. The linear and reciprocal trajectory of the screen box is produced due to the eccentric force generated from the reverse motion of the vibrating screen.Double electrodes self synchronous technology and universal block eccentricity, adjustable swing vibrator.
-------Features
1) It is a standard installation and the screen mesh is properly installed to ensure the effective of dewatering effect.
2) The material of screen mesh can be either stainless steel or stainless steel welding rod gap plate by compaction installation to full-filled different requirements.
3) The vibration strength can be easily controlled via transducer to achieve effective dewatering effect.
4) It adopted special material to reduce the noise level to 85 dB, which is 15 dB lower than the other dewatering screen.
5) The entrance of material is in arc shape in order to maximize the dewatering effect.
6) It included feeding trough to ensure the materials are put in the machine uniformly and continuously.
7) It has a based frame which easily to transport and install.

High Efficiency Dewatering Screen for Coalis used to the dry-type and wet-type screening of fine grit, dewatering medium, drainaging of coal slime ,minerals, Iron, copper and other granules.
