Cosmetic pencil lead molding machine

This Cosmetic pencil lead molding machine is to produce the thin cylinder shape with the melted cosmetic bulk such as eyebrow, eyeliner, lipliner and so on. It is necessary to use the aluminum mold for this molding. The metal mold is warmed up by the heater before filling, and the melted cosmetic bulk is filled inside of the aluminum mold with the adjustable filling pressure control. The aluminum mold is transferred by the conveyer each time same distance, and the material of the conveyer is paper or cloth, it is to help the air escape from the aluminum mold in the moment of the pressure control filling. The cooling process is necessary after pressure control filling.

1 Servo motors are used for filling and nozzle up/down, so all of these setting is from touch panel,

because these setting parameters have the effect to the sample quality.

2 It is possible to save and read out the setting parameter, so it provides repeatability after changing the mold or parts.

3 If you have additional requirement on this machine, cooling unit, silicon coating machine, insert machine,

turn down machine and so on, it is possible for us to modify and add the function according to requirement.
