It is used for filing all kinds of fluid materials into the soft plastic tubes or plastic-aluminum laminated tubes, sealing and cutting the end of the tubes, and pressing date or series numbers on the end. It is widely used in daily chemical, pharmaceutics, food, chemical industries, etc.

This machine is made of stainless steel.the working process is controlled by button.The process is manual-tube-feeding,8 tube-position automatic turning,ration filling, automatic cut,heating&sealing,cut off tail,product out.All the process is button control by the cylinder,It is easy to adjust the filling quality. The all kind of the plastic tunable.This machine is used for the all kinds of the plastic tube and the appearance of sealing are neat and firmly.According to the different material we can choose material heating system and nozzle with the function of avoiding draw bench.
