Function and characteristics :

Computer order storing and regulating ,fast order changing ,convenient operation .

After the numerical control grinding the wall-plate , important part of the whole machine are made by the high precision processing center .

The quality of all the driving axles and rollers made good quality steel ,high precision and dynamic equilibrium correction,hard chromium plating ,surface grinding .

The driving gear is 20 Cr Mn Ti alloy steel ,carburization and quenching treatment .the hardness is HRC58-62.long-term high speed printing .

The whole machine adopt spray lubrication .

Having the printing ,mould cutting and slotting memorizing fuction .

Auto-return -to -zero .auto-return -to-position .

Pc link network control ,MCGS software ,seimens low pressure electrical appliance ,main engine controlled by frequency conversion , can save electricity for 30%.

Feeding unit

Function of feeding department :

Adopt sun feeder ,wind absorbing auxiliary paperboard feeding ,can make the cardboard the feed favoringly . The volume of the wind can be adjusted according the camber of the paperboard .

The side baffles adopt electrical control with data display .(can add automatic pneumatic aligning device ) the back baffles box adopt electrical adjustment .

Provide paper glue roller adopt elasticity and float outfit .not only ensure provide veracity but also avoid press bad cardboard .adjust capacity be controlled by electric machinery and showing nicety and trustiness by touch screen .

Continuous and skip cardboard feeding ,counting device is installed .

Brush dust-removal equipment with dust-absorption blower .can adjust the wind volume according to the cardboard size .

Each unit is electric moving left and right with warning bell .make sur the operator safe .

Electronic counter be used for setup the production quantity , if choose touch scree control ,the touch screen will display the production quantity .

Printing unit

Function of printing part :

High precision dynamic equilibrium anilox roller .exquisite printing result .

Printing phase ,computer and electrical numerical control ,360°regulation .

Crosswise adjusting the printing plate roller ,computer and electrical numercial control ,the range is ±5mm

The space regulation of driving roller ,paper rolling roller ,rubber roller and anilox roller adopts auto-locking mechanism .

Plate piping ,position returning oil testing ,part brake positioning and water ink cleaning mechanism .

Installed with fast plate hanging mechanism .

Slotter unit

Function of slotting part :

The slotting knife pedestal adopts swaying structure .the precise leading screw coordinated with the copper screw nut can move more flexibly and position more accurately .

Computer and electrical numerical control of the slotting phase and the height of the carton .

The regulation of the space between the slotting and creasing adopts auto-locking structure .

Can add portable hole punching mould pedestal .

Die Cutter Unit

Function of mould cutting part :

Mould cutting knife ,computer and electrical numerical control .

Rubber dressing roller cutting and repairing mechanism .the rubber dressing roller can be used repeatedly which can save the using cost greatly .

Rubber dressing roller machinery cam-type crosswise ±35mm moving device which can prolong the using life of the mould cutting rubber dressing .

Function of piling part :

The paper-catching arm can be automatically operated of hand .installed with safety mechaism to prevent the paper-cathing arm from sudden dropping and to ensure the safety of the operating personnel .

The lathe platform’s rising and dropping is driven by the power chain .

The height of piling is 1600mm

With the rising of the cardboard piles the lathe platform can automatically regulate the tilting height .the elevator attaches the brake function to make the lathe platform to keep the fixed position and not to slide .

Pneumatic paper lifting mechanism. When the cardboards have piled to the planned height ,the paper-catching holding plate will open automatically ,the pedestal will hold the cardboards .

The surface corrugation leather belt can prevent the cardboard to slide .
