complete complete painting system is comprising of pretreatment ,drying oven ,painting booth or powder spray booth and curing oven, convryor and control panel .

The main brief of the liquid painting booth:

The articles those are to be painted will enter the Paint Spray Booth and will be coated with the help of Airless Automatic Paint Spray Guns mounted on Reciprocator on either side of the conveyor. This is followed by manual touch up stations.

The paint spray booth is Down Draught Water Wash type. The booth is provided with water curtain on the back side of the article. The continuous water is flown over the wall the over sprayed paint is get mixed with this water and kills the paint particles. The booth is modular type and each module is provided with the separate tank. The common water circulation pump is provided for two modules . Thus two pumps are provided for water circulation in 4 tanks provided in the booth. This water is filtered and again pumped back to the booth. The blower is provided over the washing chamber where the paint particles are completely removed from the air which is to be exhausted from the booth. The air which thrown out of the booth contains thinner vapours. The water wall made out of SS 304 2.0 mm . While the enclosure is made in GI 1.0 mm thick material with powder coating from inside and outside. The MS structure is provided for the frame work.

The main brief of the powder spray booth:

Working principal:

Powder booth is designed both for automatic and manual coating .Also, it is designed to convey the powder paint, which blows up excessively in the booth, into the cyclone group with the help of the 0.5m/second air speed.

The body of the powder booth, multi-cyclone group and gaining back system are made of 1.5mm or 2mm AISI 304 stainless steel. Filter group and legs are made of 1.5 or 2mm iron sheet coated with powder paint. On the both sided of the booth there are cavities for manual and automatic powder coating and there are lighting armateur in the booth and they are loated in the zero level to the booth body. The powder paint ,which is not sticked to the material, is conveyed to the cyclone group through the absorption canal that is located on the base of the powder booth. The powder paint in the hopper is transferred to the automatic sieving gaining back system and again this powder paint is conveyed to the paint gun with the help of injectors. The paint settled on filters, is shaken from filters, then the filers are sharply released with pressured air with the help of electromagnetic valves and powder paint is spilled on the hopper.

On the filter group there are radial type absorption ventilators, in the outler there are special type silencer filters, on the every group there are Teflon type filters, under the filters there are wheeled buckets to collect powder paint and on the filter group there are electromagnetic valves(PVD)for each filter, which works with pressured air.
