Listings on this site are compiled from public sources and from information supplied by manufacturers and traders. If something is wrong, out of date, or should not be published, use the form below and we will correct or remove it. Every report is read by a person.

Correct a mistake

Model number, specification, capacity, price, category or description does not match the machine. Tell us what should be there and, where possible, a source we can check. Verified corrections are applied to the listing.

Complain about a listing

The listing is misleading, the description promises something the machine cannot do, or the page is out of date and the machine is no longer available. We re-check the listing against the supplier's information and either update it or drop it.

Request removal

You own the copyright in photographs or description text, or a trademark, and a listing uses it without permission.

Removal requests must be submitted by the rights holder, or by someone authorised to act for them, and must include evidence. Acceptable evidence is a registration or trademark number, a link to the original work, the place where it was first published, or any other reference we can verify. Requests without evidence cannot be processed, and we may ask for a signed declaration before acting on a disputed claim.

Content verified as infringing is removed and the page is dropped from our sitemap at the same time. Removal requests are handled free of charge.

Submit a report correction · complaint · removal

Tell us which page is wrong, what kind of problem it is, and how we can reach you. One report per issue is enough — we reply to the email address you give.

Removal requests need evidence and a rights-holder confirmation. We only remove content when you can show that you hold the rights. Attach a scan of the registration or authorisation letter (PDF, JPG, PNG or WEBP, up to 3 files of 8 MB each), or describe a reference we can verify, and confirm below that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for them. Reports without evidence cannot be processed.

What happens next

  • We acknowledge every complete report within 3 business days.
  • Corrections: we check the listing against your source and apply the fix.
  • Complaints: we re-check the listing and update or remove it.
  • Removal: verified infringements are removed and unlisted.
  • You get the outcome by email, with the reason if we cannot act.

Counter-notice and appeals

If a listing you supplied was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply with your reasoning and any supporting evidence. We restore the listing when the claim can be substantiated. If you disagree with a decision on your own report, reply with additional evidence and we will look at it again.

What this does not cover

  • Content on other websites. Where we merely link to a page, the content is not hosted by us; removal has to be requested from that site.
  • Reports made only because a third party dislikes the price or the wording of a listing.
  • Any right you have under applicable law — this process does not limit it.
