CNC Vertical Gear Hobbing Machine SJ-Y31 Series

Products features:

1.End milling cutter used for single indexing and disc milling cutter used for automatic cycle machining and also for single indexing by manual.

2.Accuracy is not less than 7 grade by gear hobbing process and 8 grade by single gear indexing.

3.Table is centred by ways of hydrostatic beating, and pressure oil is supplied through gear oil separator.

4.The machine with twin-screw worm, can fully get contact area, unnecessary to make radial adjustment. Machine over than Y31800C,adopt single worm drive, with two pieces of mesh adjustable pads.

5.Main motor is DC motor, with advanced all-digital speed control system.

6.The machine is controlled by programmable controller and CNC system.
