- The special “V”synchronous conveyor, ensures the transmition steadily and no pollution.
- Detecting the size andthicknessof the insulating glassautomaticlly,adjusting the position of “V”conveyor accuratly and guarantees the same working height.
- Aiming at system andbeautifying angleof glass automatically, ensures the insulating glass more aesthetic.
- Electric proportional valveregulates the pressure andhydraulic systemcontrol the sealant volume accurately.
- Importedpneumatic motor(Hasco)glue supply system assures the stability of glue supplying.
- Adopts theCNC seven axis servo control systemand man-machine interface operating system.
- Processing double glass and triple glass.
- Two groups of glue (polysulfide sealant and silicone sealant) can be exchanged automatically (optional).
