This machine is specilized used to spinning the pipe’s end face and end sealing, available the material of copper, aluminum, iron. It is manual to feeding and to input, automatic double axis coordinate to move the spinning machining, after set the procedure,it can finish the machining automatic.

At the same time, it can meet the high precision processing request and good for quantized production.

1.The automatic sealing machine can sealing the soft copper pipe (TP2M) (face size of 80 X 2mm) with 90 degree, the pipe’s length can be 219 to 575mm. It can programme the sealing parameter.

2.The machine’s speed for sealing can change according to the production request.

3.The radian of end sealing can adjust through the number control.

4.When the machine is work well or with trouble, there will be warning light to remind.

5.The sealing end with not oxidation or colour change, with not clear clamp mark on the pipe’s appearance,

the first party can inspect the machine’s sealing quality according to first party’s standard.

6.With integral type frame, all the machine’s parts are fixed assembled on the foundation.

7.Hydraulic oil box with oil gage, it is convenient to observe the oil level and change the oil.
