TheMain Structure Character:

Welded steel plate construction, eliminate internal stress by heat treatment, with high strength and good righty. Advanced integrate hydraulic system with an excellent reliability.

Rapidly, accurately and conveniently adjust the blade clearance with the hand wheel.

Feature and Advantages:

1. Hydraulic driven, welding blade body, whole machine structure welding with good rigidity and strength.

2. Gas return structure moves smooth and swift, hydraulic return is available, with lower noisy and stable working performance.

3. Cutting stroke could be adjusted when cutting different length plate, both up and bottom blade have 4 usable edges.

4. Plate clamping fixture uses independent hold down cylinder. There is plastic pad on the bottom of each cylinder to protect the plate being scratched.

5. CNC controller is close loop control system, fast speed, high accuracy, good stability; guarantee the accuracy of back gauge movement. Furthermore, the system has the function of compensation and auto inspection and so on.

6. Ball screw on the back gauge, moving without gap.

CNC system introduction

The DAC-360 control provides a complete solution for shearing machines. It includes the control of back gauge, cutting angle, stroke length and gap, based on state of the art electronics. Beside back gauge control, the DAC-360 automatically calculates the required setting for the cutting angle and gap depending on material properties and thickness.
