1. All the transmission gears are made of high quality hardened and ground steel which has gringdinged under high temperature, Rockwell Hardness> 40o.

2. Spraying circulation is adopted to lubricate the gears, reducing noise and prolonging the service life.

3. The rubber roller and stencil roller both are made of high quality ground and chromed steel. 4. All drums are dynamic balanced, enhancing the transmission stability.

5. Air-operated automatic elevator device work in feeding system.(The roller descend when feeding and it rise when feeding stop. )

6. Move axis of merchanic transmission rubber roller 20mm, circumferencial direction differential device, cut at different position every time. (no circulate limitlessly)

7. Unique speed difference compensate device, whatever the dia. of cushion change, the device can make the rubber roller along with template roller glide, accordingly,let the surface of cushion and knife template at same speed and insure every batch carton in one size.
