The table is on three sides open, so loading and unloading easier.
Separated body between cutting table and load-bearing platform prevents interfering cutting accuracy from long-term stress variation to load-bearing platform. Meanwhile, separated body between CNC controlling parts and cutting platform of supporting parts prevents interfering cutting accuracy which caused by water surge.
X beam of cutting table applies the one-off extrusion forming aluminum alloy, light weight, strong steel, not deformed, is the most advanced technology in waterjet cutting machine.
Load-bearing beam with overall shield, the cantilever introduced advanced labyrinth protection to avoid dust affecting the gear cutting process components and it is with higher lifetime than the dust-folding. High-quality towline and dedicated cable are more durable and higher reliability.
Motor and ball screw are directly connected by flexible coupling. it can absorb vibration energy reversible and with higher drive accuracy compared with other torsional rigid coupling.
Using high-quality international brand ball screw, linear guide transmission structure to ensure the moving speed and accuracy of the cutting head . Adapting turn nut structure when travelling more than 3 meters, which makes long distance transmission become more reliable. This is the dual protection function of overtravel limit and soft limit..
Cutting table is made from 5mm steel plate and inner frame is made from 16mm ×160mm steel plate which is processed by planer, which is the most advanced manufacture technology in the world. The entire table is a whole, very strong, and use fluorocarbon coating, which with more than 20 years of corrosion resistance.
