What are pellets and what are their main characteristics?
You could say that a pellet is compressed dry biomaterial. It is a 'pelletized bio by-product', or 'mini briquettes'. This is because they are used as bio fuel.
Pellets are made from fine dry biomass which was run through a pellet machine and formed into small compressed pellets of different sizes. Pellets can be used as animal feed, animal bedding or as bio fuel.

Introduction:

Our biomass wood pellet machine can produce wood pellet and feedstuff pellet. It may also be applicable to biological fertilizer, organic manure as well as fertilizer for low-temperature granulation.

Raw material:

Sawdust, rice husk, cotton stalk, cottonseed skins, weeds, crop stalks and other plant wastes, biomass, sawdust pellet with all kinds of sawdust, rice husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, hulls, forestry wastes, wood chips, chemical waste and many other wastes or solid powder materials. especially low-bonding and unformed materials.

Moisture of raw materialsis less than the national standard of 13%. If not, the raw material must be dried. The size of raw materials is no more than 5mm, if not; the raw material must be crushed.

The wood pellet machine has been installed with the electrical control box and KAF reduction gearbox.

It also can make feedstuff pellets from grain powder or agro wastes, which it could be granule pellet for the fish, chicken, rabbits, etc.

Working Principle

The raw material is under dried condition, which is compressed, and formed into small eraser-sized bits, the final pellets is clean, pleasant and smooth, and its density is more than1.0 G/M3.

Auto lubrication system for all bearing of rollers

1).Normally we have to stop the pellet machine to fill the grease into rollers manually when the machine works for every 2 hours FOR THE USUAL PELLET MACHINE, it is inconvenient for making Pellets constantly.So we have designed theauto lubrication systemto improve efficiency.

Now you just need to step the feet valve of auto lubrication system to fill the grease into the bearing of rollers every 2 hours, and no need to stop the machine.

2). So far, we just use the auto lubrication system for all bearing of rollers for KAF 400, KAF 450 and KAF 550 pellet machine.

The final pellets are clean, pleasant and smooth, and its density is morethan 1.0. (1.0-1.2) for fuel pellets,

0.8-0.9(≤1) for pellet feed;The length of pellets is6 -30mm.

Please, take into account that:

1) 2,0 kg pellets replace 1 liter heating oil

2) 2 m3 timber is the same as 5 m3 chips, and it gives 1 tone pellets of 1 tone burned pellets leaves about

4kg ash

3) the change of heating fuel to pellets means reduction of CO2 - emission out of 2,5 kg for each spared liter of heating oil

4) to heat a house for one family you need ca. 5-8 tones pellets per year for one heating season
