Main equipments

Pulping system

Main equipments: pulper 1.5m³15KW, Vibration screen 0.9m² 3KW, Consistency controller, Mixer, Auto sizing system, pulp pump, water pump, control cabinet for pulping system

Forming system

Main equipments: consist of 8pcs of forming platens and 1 pc of transferring platen. Platen size: 1100 x 450mm ; 3pcs of 30-cell egg tray molds can be mounted on each forming platen(3pcs/cycle).There are 24pcs of forming molds and 3pcs of transferring molds in total. Forming efficiency:13-15cycels/min.Equiped with Vacuum auto drain system, auto cleaning system for the forming mold, preheating system and auto control cabinet.

Drying system

Main equipments: Single-layer conveying chain; Heated by section;Multi burners;the temperature of each section can be adjusted independently; burners with internation famous brand.The enery of option: LPG,nature gas, diesel oil. Equiped with auto control cabinet.

Stacking system

The finished products will be counted and stacked automatically after drying

Height limit pressor

It will press and make the products more compact after stacking so that storing and transporting will be more convenient and cost-effective.

Subsidary Equipments

Vacuum pump 45KW/set,air compressing system:air conpressor(15KW/1 set),air dryer;air filter and air storage tank.

Remark

1. Output: 2000-2500pcs/h (equivalent to30-pack egg trays).

3.consumption( /HOUR): water:300-350kg waste paper :150-160kg electricity:125-134kw 0# diesel oil:30-40kg natural gas:30-35kg LPG:20-30kg chemical for water resistence: 1.5-1.6kg (solid content)

4. The above quotation doesn’t include the packing cost of large equipment.

5. The way of payment:30% of the total amount of money signed in the contact must be paid as the contact

becomes effective, 65% of the total amount of money must be completed before delivery of equipment.

The rest 5% must be paid within 7 days after finishing all the installation.

6. Delivery time: 50 working days after received deposit

7.The design of technological process and plant arrangement will be provided according to the plant situation of the customer.

8. workforce: 5-6people / working group

9.we are in charge of installing,degugging and training, the total time is about 2 months

10.buyer side should be responsible for two way flight tickets, local hotel and food charge, as well as $40 per day

for each technican as salary/subsidy
