CE Approved Agricultural Waste Briquette Machine on Sale(New Style)
Brief introduction:
Briquettes are made by grinding Biomass and sawdust into a homogeneous pulp and forming this into a briquette under very high pressure. High pressure & pressing releases one of the natural components of wood - lignin which has the property of becoming liquid at high pressure (temperature) and, as it subsequently cools, it binds the wood together in its new form Briquettes.
Advantages of machine-made charcoal:
1. Increase the net calorific value per unit volume after biomass briquetting
2. Easy to transport and store as densities product
3. Uniform in size and quality as a kind of biofuel briquette
4. Smokeless, odourless, innocuity
5. Long burning, high heat value
6. No bursting, low ash
The process for producing charcoal briquettes as follow:
1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)
2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%
3. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine
4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive
5. Carbonized the briquette stick
