of RHCM(Rapid Heat Cycle Moulding), the technology improves the moulds' surface temperature rapidly
through the way of 180°C hot water or high temperature steam etc, make the mould's surface temperature
reach to over Tg Glass Transition Temperature, then starting injection molding. As soon as die cavity filling
process is finished, then immediately turn to use cooling water as cooling medium to decrease the mould's
surface temperature rapidly, thereby change the surface characteristics of plastic products.
