Conventional bubble cap trays are well-proven in applicationswith following conditions:

These bubble cap trays are widely used in these sectors due to their effectiveness over a broad range of flow conditions and low susceptibility to fouling. 4. Therefore, the pressure drop is high, entrainment is increased, and the fall in the liquid level on the tray is relatively great, etc.
