Description:

My company machine metalizer machine metalized film can be used at metallic yarn, tobacco

package, medicine package, hologram film , laster film , spangle, sequins and so on.

With computer network technology control, remote monitoring, control two graphics display system,

the overall control operation, the coating machine can work with high stability .

The usage of German angle adjustable spreader roller, air inflation technology and resistance-free guiding roller technique guarantee the roll of film without scratches; the cooling roller is designed to

be the second tension roll, so that films can get better colling effect ; thickness of the close-loop control circuit; coating drum of -20 °C cooling and heat systems is applied to prevent films heat injury ; Max winding speed reach to 840 m / min, thereby greatly increase the production efficiency

Top-folder and stagger evaporation boat installation makes it compatible of media coating; optional multi-channel non-contact thickness measurement system can be installed to measure the resistance of the film ,optical density so that the quality of the products can be rapidly and

accurate analysed.

Evaporation source can adopt boot and IGBTinduction heating system which use graphite crucible.

Vacuum system can be configured according to user's needs corresponding imports of equipment

(such as the United States POLYCOLD , LEYBOLD proliferation of wells pump lights). Full-floating style can also be designed according to user's requirements.
