1. Stable and reliable:

Choose high-quality German Bitzer, Italian Dorin and American Carlyle compressors based on the usage. The new oil separation system with high efficiency of separating oil will prevent the unit from the breakdown of oil hammer and oil starvation after starting up.

Choose the distinct winter condensation pressure constant adjustment system based on the temperature of operating environment to avoid insufficient supply for liquid. The condensation pressure will remain 12 Bar even in the severe winter in North of China.

Each unit can equipped computer controllers with different functions based on its usage when leaving factory to adjust compressors’ running time and operation conditions automatically and to extend the service life of compressors.

Each unit is equipped with full set of safeguard module when leaving factory, including lack of phase, negative phase sequence, overvoltage, oil pressure, high voltage, low voltage and electrical machines’ overload.

Unique as-liquid separation design will prevent liquid hammer to the largest extent.

Many compressors share the oil separator, condenser, reservoir, control system and framework.

The “modularization” installation idea,lessens the materials consumption and shortens the construction period.

3. High efficient and energy-saving:

The average efficiency under evaporation temperature of-40°Cof high efficient and reliable low-temperature two-pole units is 30% higher than that of low-temperature monopole units.

The compressors equipped with parallel connection machine will increase the backups of compressors, improve equipment reliability and provide more regulating stages. Cold output can dynamically match actual load more smoothly.

Provide multiple inspiration branches control and one unit can provide threesaturated evaporator temperatures at most, which can provide typical supermarket freezers, refrigeration storages and ice machines with efficient cold source in the meantime.

The computer controllers can adjust the best unit operation curve under the daily partial load circumstance to save large electric energy for end users.

The precise pipeline design minimizes the pipeline temperature loss and improves the efficiency.

Adopt high efficient oil separator and only a small portion of lubrication oil enters the system, which further improve the efficiency of heat exchanger.

When improving the freezers/cold storages humidity, the wet load of evaporimeters is decreased, too. And the times and time of defrosting are reduced to improve system efficiency.

Add efficient and reliable hot water recycle device controlling temperature automatically to make energy saving more distinct.
