Applications:

The BG400E Pharmaceutical tablet coating machine is widely used in pharmaceuticals, herbal, chemical, food, and biological industries. It is suitable for coating tables, pills, capsules or candies with organic film, water solube film, and sugar film etc. featured as reliable quality and accord to GMP standard. It has the advantage of high efficiency, energy saving, miniral waste material, easy to clean. We can offer both perforated and none-perforated coating pans for lab use to mass production scale.

Working Pinciple:

The tablets surface to be film coated making continuous and complicated orbital motion within the clean and closed rotating pan under the action of fluent overturn and frequenty exchange, during the motion, the coating medium stirring by solution handling tank automatically spays according to the technological process and rational technological parameters through peristaltic pump, at the same time, hot air and subpressure are supplied under the bottom of the layers, so that the coating solution spayed on the surface of tablet cores will dry rapidly, thus forming a solid, and smooth tablet, the whole working processes are automatically finished by control of PLC.

Features:

1. Operation system: All the operations, including expansion of PLC modules, setting and control of hot air temperature and adjustment of drum speed are controlled by touch screen. The operating panel is a fully enclose slight touch film interface, thus guarantee the main machine as reliable and stable performance.

2. Adjustable exhaust shutter: Coating material and heat energy saved, improved coating quality, and enhanced the productivity.

3. Spiral blender: Overcome the defects of traditional blender during coating process, such as pill-hold, pill-crush, pill-lost, pill-break, uneven coating and low density etc.

4. Frequency Peristalic pump: Adopts data programming and frequency control speed regulating technology, along with microcomputer auto control, the outpur slurry and the quality of slurry sprayed are balanced automatically, therefore, stabilizing the effect of atomization, simplifying the spay system, also can adjust the degree of squashing distortion of soft pipe, and improve the service life of silica gel pipe.

5. Fully enclosed: Adopts dual-layer elastic silicone rubber, with high effeciency of airproof...

6. Spraying gun: Imported spray gun. It's convenient to operate, easy to master and flexible controlled technological requirement. The spray gun head requirement must keep in the range of 0.29-0.39 Mpa, to avoid clogging, leakage, easy to clean, therefore garantees the ideal atomization.

7. Automatic feeding device stopped the cross pollution, convenient to feed, with high efficiency and full direction. The coating boiler equipped in the high pressure spray gun, which can rotate 1800, there set a chleaning sprayer at the airexhaust exit and hot air mouth, which can be rotated in automatic and full direction, without dead corner more convenient to clean.
