2.Raw materials for production requirements

1.Color steel plate:

2. EPS block: Expanded polystyrene

Viscosity:ND 0.4-0.7PA

B group: Appearance:Yellow, Brown, homogeneous liquid

Viscosity:ND 0.3-0.6PA

A, B group proportion normally is: 1:1.5 (different factories will be different)

Glue should be free of impurities, foaming time 20-40 seconds in the inside temperature. Solidification time should be 50-70 seconds.

4.Cover plates:Thickness: 0.4-.8mm, Width: 50mm, thickness: 78/74/65/68mm.
