USAGE AND ADVANTAGES OF 3A RAPID POSITIONING FOOLING SYSTEM

1. 3A rapid positioning fooling system provides good balance of flexibility and rigidity that guarantee 2um of repeatability with work piece mounted. As the error can be controlled from the work piece, high accuracy can be maintained at the machine and work piece (electrode).

2. No re-alignment is necessary because of single zero point that reduces machine down time dramatically and maximizes machine running time.
