Automatic turntable ultrasonic welding machine

Working principle:

When ultrasonic wave works on the surface of thermoplastic, it would cause thousands of vibration per second. The vibration which reaches certain degree will transfer the power to the welding area. High temperature will be caused at this moment. Due to the bad conductivity for heat, it can’t dissipate the heat in time, so the contact surface will be melted quickly and welded together by some pressure.

Principle:

Automatic ultrasonic welding machine adopts ultrasonic and slicer to achieve the continuous welding. It could be also assisted by mechanical hand to take out the finished products to increase production output.
