SANASK series Automatic Starch Glue Preparation Plant

No additive is needed, starch liquid is stable and long-term delamination-resistant and can penetrate into the paper fiber easily.

Main feature:

1) PLC process control to keep stable quality of glue, and avoid the influence of human factor.

2) With Touch screen and digital meters to provide a quick and friendly operation interface.

3) With recipe store, which can be set and adjusted according to the current production requirement.

4) Automatic sensor and metering system to control temperature and material feeding.

5) Automatic alarm system to keep the operator informed with each alarms.

6) Being available for manual operation option, which is carried out when commissioning and maintenance or other necessary situation.

7) Max. capacity is 3000kg glue/hour, accordingly power is 32KW.

8) Main parts are made of stainless steel, including tanks, impeller,shaft..etc.
