Inspection and packaging line for sanitary ware

Now, in Hexiang factory, we have a successful and hi-automatic lab testing line for sanitary ware, which includes Mould making, Hi-pressure casting machine for wash basin, tank, toilet and rim, drying chamber, cycle glazing line, shuttle kiln, packaging and testing machine. And now in our showing room, we have successfully finished the forming of base by hi-pressure.

1. Function

It realizes the pipeline operation of performance inspection of sanitary ware, it consists of testing device of appearance, leakage detect device, repair and fitting fix device, flow and flush test device, packer, speed-fold conveyor, pallet lifting system of toilet, lifting and package system of toilet.

By the application of program auto control, speed-fold chain, photoelectric tube positioning, buzzer alarm, display of indicator, following function of sanitary ware could be tested within a settled cycle: inspection of glaze appearance, water flush, seal performance at trap and air and water leakage.

It owns the features of: a lower product damage rates, labor intensity reducing, labor saving, work floor reducing, leakage testing by vacuum method, and results auto-displayed etc.
