Automatic induction air shower room

Introduction

Air shower room is the cleaning equipment which is used in medicine,

health, fresh and cooked food processing, precise instrument, aeronautic

and other industries. the main purpose is to remove dust and hair and other

dirty things on the surface of clothes through clean air before the worker enter

into workshop and to prevent taking the dust into workshop through filtering.

Working process:

Cut-off Type, When workers enter into the workshop and get close to the front door of air shower room,

the front door will open automatically driven by infrared sensors, and the front door will be closed when

workers enter into the air shower room. The lights are on and the blowing begins. After 6-8s, the blowing

finishes. The behind door open when the blowing finishes. Then workers can get out from the air shower room.

Straight Type: When it is the rush hour, the frontand behind doors can be opened at the same time.

Workers can enter into the workshop immediately after blowing, which can save time.
