Model TMYZ1-II round automatic energy-saving lamp full-assemble machine,mainly used for automatic installation of electric energy-saving half spiral and shape U lamp.

Its’ function-- putting and revolving the lamp head,cutting slice,weilding,inspecting,distinguishing the qualified or unqualified automaticlly.

2.Characteristics of the equipment

a) Load the half- finished on orbital,than push into the specific location automatically.

b) Load lamp cap automaticly,can let the singel lamp cap revolve to half-finished product orderly.

c) Revolve the lamp holder automaticly,can tight it and adjust the torsion in accordance with the air-pressure .

d) Cut the filament automaticly,cut the usefulless ones automaticly .

e) Put the nail automaticly,can put the singel nail that don’t need to weild in order,assemble to revolved lamp cap by acetabula,apply for energy saving lamp which don’t need to weild.

f) Check automaticly,finished by electric ballast OK equipment, distinguish the qualified and unqualified.

g) Take the lamp out automaticly.

3.Environmental conditions for usage

The inside temperature should be 5 degrees to 40 degrees(below 5 degrees may cause ill-cricling ),air the room properly.

a) Power:380V+-5%, 50HZ,about 5 KW,have particular earth line.

b) Compressor air-supply:0.5~0.6Mpa ,dry and clean the compressor.

C.The overall structure and work principle, work features

1. The machine adopts the the disc layout,totally 16work station. By the double chain from the gear motor to drive segmentation rotation, work station for counter-clockwise rotation. The input shaft of segmentation turn every round, the output shaft rotation of a station, station disc turning a station accordingly so as to drive a corresponding fixture a station rotation, in cycles, each station stop 3 / 5 beat , Run 2 / 5 beat. When begin to move, by the rotary encoder input shaft rotation in the division to 90 degrees ,then set the order. Remove the defective products in the station, and judge the defective items and decide whether to put off light, which all by detection equipment.

Compressed air as the power. All step are controlled by PLC .By human-machine interface operation control programmable controller, the control program each step moves, after detecting feedback signals to the PLC, pneumatic clamping controlled by PLC ,it automatic remove non-conforming, undesirable, qualified count to the PLC, then transfer to the man-machine interface display. We could change the data through the man-machine interface and also operate each branch manually!

3. The main components and functions

h) This system involves nailing device, automatic spining lamp holder device, automatic cutting filament device, automatic detection device etc, which applicable to assembly and testing ,through PLC controller to control the entire energy-saving lamps line energy-saving lamp. Automatic load lamp holder, can put a single lamp holder spin loaded to semi-finished energy saving lamp in direction and orderly. The automatic spining lamp holder, can will lamp holder screw up, according to adjust air pressure to adjust torque. Automatic nail, it could put a single free-welding nail in good order, mechanical hand seize the energy-saving lamp which already screw the lamp caps,it could press the lamp cap and rivet automatically.It fits for free-welding of energy-saving lamp series. Automatic detection, by OK instrument electronic ballasts distinguish qualified and the unqualified and remove them respectively. In the manufacturing process of energy-saving lamps ,we selecte qualified and bad product through testing the current, voltage, power of energy saving lamp respectively. The method existing test general by manual.It may easy to cause the high rejection rate and mass unstability, what’s worse, it is likely to make mistake examining, and because the test process can produce certain radiation, which has certain harm to human body, even curbs the scale of automatic energy saving lamp development.
