10.1Gravity dedusting system, bag dust collector system, mixing tower negative pressure dustproof design are all available in our asphalt mixing plant.

system enjoys strong adaptability and long using life (bag cloth). Du Pont cloth

bag is applied to reach the European's dedusting standard.

13.1Computer controlled system

Computer acts as the human computer conversation of the whole system, it mainly achieves the control commands\ operation of real time monitoring(including dynamic display of production materials, real time data, batch, valve display), data management (user privilege management), recipe management, production management(production data, control parameter, ingredient data), production report(daily and comprehensive), production record management and record production data, inquiry and print reports. Computer control system mainly includes computer, display device, UPS, printer and port card.

13.2 Heavy-current device

Heavy-current device cabinet is equipped to ensure high disturbance-resistance. Air circuit breaker, contactor, thermorelay, transducer, transformer terminal and other components are installed in heavy-current device cabinet.

13.3 Operation platform
