TZ1300/1600/2000 coating production lineof aluminum plastic panel can paint all sorts of oil paint on the surface of chemically treated aluminum coil. Using the reverse three-roller coating machine, doing detailed coating under the closed and dust-free circumstance, the production line has good control on the thickness of the coat and quality of the film.The oven is divided into five temperature-control baking areas. The inside temperature of the oven in each area is balanced by auto adjustment of the temperature-control system, the Solvent resistance, hardness and flexibility of the coat would reach the best condition and with nice gloss, adherence and resistance to corrosion.
