Stirring trough (Agitating tank) :

is mainly used to blend medicament and ore magma .it’s suitable for blending various kinds of metal and nonmetal ores. Especially it’s applied to stir the slurry of concentration not more than 30% and solid granularity particle size less than 1mm in floating, gravity concentrating and wet-type magnetic separation. It is also used to mix floatation agents and other non-metal minerals.

Structure and Working Principle:

The rotating of the impeller is driven by the v-belt of the motor. And then blends the drugs and slurry evenly. It is necessary equipment in respect of increasing the medicine effect time and strengthening the medicine quality. It applies to beneficiation, industry, and every chemical industry. For all kinds of metal ore, this machine is mainly used for mixing before flotation circuit, so that it can mix the medicine and slurry fully. And it can also be used for mixing other non-metallic minerals. It is suitable for slurry with density of no more than 30% (by weight).And the size of the fixed component of the slurry particle less than 1 mm. It has a cylindrical radial circulation mechanical blending form with the spiral impeller and flat bottom.
