Rubber Coating Spray Line

Rubber paint is a highly elastic, rubber-like feeling coating, it's popularly used in plastic and metallic industry for example mobile shells, chairs and motorcycle seats etc.Rubber coating spraywill give you soft feels that is almost the same as leather on product surface. However, it will bring better looking as you can determine the colors and actual effects to fully meet up with your needs.

Note: the rubber paint must be diluted by thinner before using. Basecoats must be dried according to their drying conditions or else we can not guarantee the spraying effects. Because of the rubber paint feature, there will be around 20-30 minutes flash/curing treatment so if you need big daily production, you must prepare lots of free space to install this coating line.

Spray coating(painting) line working procedures:
Onload products -> Electrostatic Dedusting/washing -> heating -> Spray coating(painting) -> Drying -> UV curing -> Cooling -> Unloading -> QC checking -> Packing
