As a technology of utilizing renewable energy, Biomass Gasification Power Generation System converts solid agricultural and forestry wastes ,such as wood chips, saw dust, tree barks, rice husk, rice straw , wheat-straw, cotton stalk , palm husk , bamboo, bagasse, etc. into combustible gases by means of gasification technology. The combustible gas is cleaned and cooled before sending to make electcity.

Feed stock :

agricultural and forestry wastes ,such as wood chips, saw dust, tree barks, tree branches, rice husk, rice straw , wheat-straw, cotton stalk , palm husk , bamboo, bagasse, etc.

The moisture content: 10-15%.

The size of feed stock: wood pellet diameter <32mm; length < 15cm;

Compared with other biomass gasification power generation & supply system , the advantages of our systems are as follows:

• For the ash residue of burned materials, it can be used to produce white carbon black, activated carbon and mechanical carbon, which can make comprehensive use of recycling energy and helpful to harmonious development of human being and nature .
• Changing wet type gas cooling and cleaning system into a new cooling and cleaning system. The new cooling and cleaning system is made-up shell and tube type tar & acetum condenser that does not contact with water directly, gas-water separator and gas fine filter. From this system we can recover tar and acetum, which is better for environment.
