Comprehensive Instructions

1. Spraying System:

Etching section adopt quick disassembling cone-shape nozzles

Rinsing section adopt PVC sector shape nozzles

2. Filtration S ystem:

Each spraying process adopts multiple filtration system which is used to protect water pump and

drenching process. Especially on aspect of maintenance, our company adopts repeatable PP platy strainers which have long service life and are easy to clean.

3. Drive System and Conveying System:

1). Adopt imported variable frequency drive motor to guarantee conveying performance;

2). Main drive system: Adopt stainless steel shaft and imported PVDF bevel gear which are beautiful and wear resistant;

3).Hard roller with smooth surface to ensure conveyor stable and not scratch to substrate

4). The water tank adopts tilting bottom for the convenience of cleaning residual liquid;

5). The machine adopts overhead cabling which is not only safe but also beautiful;

6). Rinsing process is equipped with a solenoid valve, a manual switch and a flow meter which can automatically control spraying and may regulate water consumption;

7). Adopt overhead exhaust piping method which enable s exhaust of potion sections to be adjustable independently; exhaust piping adopts overhead pipe channel which makes complete machine be smooth and beautiful;

8). Spraying pipes are equipped with diaphragm type pressure gauges and pipe fittings which may

regulate and control the pressure of spraying pipes .

9). The machine equiped emergency stop switch both the ahead and the end.
