1. Brief introduction of LBLX-1000 granulating &coating machine.

This device is made up of three parts, namelyhost machine, electrical cabinet and auxiliary machine.

The host machine is placed in the blast-proof host machine room and the electrical cabinet and auxiliary machine are in non-blast-proof vice machine room. A complete set of coating system is connected with wind pipe, air pipe, dust removal pipe and cable.The host machine is installed in the host machine room.

The electrical cabinet and auxiliary machine are installed in vice machine room.

The host machine is comprised ofbase,working cabinet, powder supply machine, lifting appliance, peristaltic pump, spray gun, control cabinet, dust removal case and electric machine and so on.
