1.It is suitable for crushing the tire size from 650-1200mm

Working procedure of scrap tire crushing machine:

Waste tire--Tire ring cutter---Tire strip cutter---Rim cutter---

Vibrating screen--Magnetic separator--Belt conveyor----Power crushing machine

Main function of each tire crusher/crushing machine/cutter:

1.Tire ring cutter---The machine is a special equipment to cut and separate the

steel mouth, sidewall and tread cap of the waste tyre.It is the first step of

processing scrap tires.

2.Tire strip cutter----Further cut the tire tread and sidewall into strips.

3.Rim cutter----Cut the long tire strip into small tire blocks.

4.The vibrating machine will separate the fine powder from the small tire pieces,

and shake it down to the magneticseparator.The magnetic separator will separate

the smallsteel wire from the tire powder.

5.Powder crushing machine-----It will crush the tire blocks into fine powder.
