Rubber crusher

Chief introduction : this machine is used to recycle rubber pipe & sheet by crusher them into small size

Input material : rubber big pipe , sheet

Output : small sheet around 10mm diameter

Capacity is 300--1000kg/h , its depends on exact specifications

This product is our company introduces the advanced technology research and absorbing and third generations product , at the general temperature , can be put directly into the tire antrum coarse crushing into 50*50 block, so the next rorating can grinding into 10--120meshes tagma , and wire and fiber separation equipment .

This line is complete automatic line , from drawing out bead wires,crushing the whole tires, separating the thin steel and fiber to the rubber powder, the line is recycling the waste tires under the normal temperature.
