Specification

1. The controller can realize the 3-axis linkage. Irregular curve interpolation algorithms are applied to ensure high positioning performance and rapid response.

2. The software has function of area array, translation and rotation calculation.

3. Parameters such as dispensing dose, dispensing speed, dispensing time and the end of dispensing can be set. The dispensing dose is stable without leakage.

3. CAD document can be imported to simplify the operation.

4. Position coordinates can be real-time displayed by using CCD assistant programmer editor and teaching mode. Thus, the programming time is shortened and the efficiency of programming is increased.

5. According to process needs, positioning table, glue gun or floor-heating temperature control device can be mounted on working table.

6. Multi-head can work at the same time by selecting multi-head fine adjustment jigs. Thus, the efficiency can be increased by more than one time.

7. The glue barrels with a capacity of 300 CC may be selected to save adding glue time.

8. The intelligent glue-off function prevents the glue from being drawn out or stretched to save the glue and to reduce the glue-repair procedure.

9. Resolution of dispensing time is 1 ms.
