Mixing Device

Special designed mixing facility makes the mixing faster and more homogenous, no material heaped.

Ni-hard cast iron blades are more wearable. As an alternative, we also offer polyurethane blades for special requirement.

Discharging Device:

Hydraulic system equipped with manual pump allows the door be opened in case of electric failure.

The discharging door is equipped with limit switches, which can be opened at any angle. Maximum three discharging doors are available.We also offer pneumatic dischaging.

Maintenance Door:

Large access facility is for easy maintenance and cleaning. The key-operated safety switch guarantees that the motor cannot be powered with the cover open, even if the disconnect switch is closed.

Application

The planetary concrete mixer are widely used to produce precast concrete, commercial concrete and high performance concrete. It is also suitable used in the mixing of materials for the production of block, glass, ceramics, refractory materials, etc.
