LED Lamp Aging line

Functionalfeatures:	Used for LED lamp finished products inspection aging through high voltage, medium voltage, normal voltage, low voltage, high temperature, roaming and fluctuation voltage areas to observe whether short-circuit, capacitance burst and black points will occur. Also used for inspecting the simulation use energy saving lamp in cycling circuit and roaming seasoning area. The power system uses frequency conversion speed regulation system, which is of low noise, easy for operation.
Power:	The motors use Hongling Brand 1.5KW speed adjustment motors manufactured by Jiangmen Motor Co., Ltd, Bashiya Brand 100 model 1:100 speed reducer made in Taiwan, Aideli 2HP frequency converter imported from Taiwan for stepless speed regulation. Linear speed at 0.5-6M/min may be regulated freely.
Machine body and stand:	made of 40×40×1.5mm rectangle steel pipe by welding. Machine body is made with 130×23×2mm aluminum profile. Protective board is made of 1.2mm cold steel sheet by bending. Support legs are equipped with galvanized adjustable soles.
Conveying chain:	C212 double-pitch single-side-ear double-hole chain manufactured by Shanghai Chain Factory, 30m long.
Chain plate:	made of 1.5mm thick 148×800×20mm cold rolling sheet, total 140 plates, each with 12 screw sockets; also equipped with 300 B22 bayonets and E14 lamp holders, and equipped with high-disjunction small breakers (made in Foshan by a Sino-Foreign manufacturer); on the chain plate bottom are installed two conductivity systems (copper), each system installed with two conductive copper steel brushes, total 4 brushes on each plate.
Daily output:	The whole line is able to age 1680 LED lamps at the same time, the aging time is about 1 hour. Calculate per 10 hours each day, the daily output is 16800 LED lamps
Protection net:	Under the line is set a protection net to prevent falling of lamps, made of quality stainless steel fine mesh net lace.
Constant temperature zone:	Constant temperature system is operated with electric heating, consisted of three 2000W/set electric heating discs. Over the heating discs are set ultra-quiet PC high-speed fan. Temperature is automatic constant temperature 30-80, with digital temperature control indicators.
